A formalist would say that Frank TV is anything that has Frank TV-ness. A utilitarian would agree with the formalist because debating such minutia only distracts from more important considerations. As for me, I have no clue what Frank TV is because I haven’t had cable in 5 years and only vaguely recall TBS as that network that played The Shawshank Redemption every single friday and saturday night. I think, unless that was TNT.
I would like to point out that this guy Frank Caliendo is a remarkably good vocal impressionist - that said, I don’t know how you can expect to make a television series exclusively driven by a dozen or so remarkably good vocal impressions
