That is awkward phrasing but I’m pretty sure it asks what I mean to ask.
This is one of those times when I wish people were already reading this site since I’d like to know the answer to this question.
Now I know that all NBA players smoke weed, but I also know that they don’t all perpetually look like they were getting smoked out up to and including the second before the camera pans to them like Tracy McGrady does.
Part of this is his lazy eye, but that can’t be the full explanation – Peter Falk had a glass eye and he looks stone cold sober compared to TMac.
OK, that was a bad choice/example (which I wrote before actually looking for a picture of Falk).

P.S. - Those three McGrady pics all come from just the FIRST page of Google image results for the string “Tracy McGrady” – I’m sure there are even better ones if you make it to page two. Oh, and here’s a link to a “Yahoo Answers” thread entitled “Does tracy mcgrady have lazy eye?” Apparently the answer to the question is at some point provided since the question has been tagged as resolved and closed to new answers, so if this is a subject of interest to you it’s a must read.

I have those same exact eye style and i never smoked weed .If you look at Tracy Mcgrady photos of when he was a kid he had the same eyes .
Drink Rick Schlauch beer and have some Nosh Nuts and both your eyes will be lazy!!!
